Description
AI 외관검사기 통합 모니터링 시스템은 공장 곳곳에 설치된 AI 외관검사기의 상태와 검사 결과를 하나의 웹 화면에 모아 보여 줍니다. 설비별 가동 상태와 배치·제품·작업지시, 라인 속도, 유형별 결함 건수를 카드 형태로 표시하고, 각 검사기의 화면을 브라우저에서 실시간으로 미러링하여 사무실과 현장에서 같은 화면으로 전 라인의 품질 현황을 확인합니다.
결함 이력과 결함 이미지, 3D 형상을 설비·기간·유형별로 조회하고, 이미지를 포함한 Excel 파일로 내보낼 수 있습니다. 결함 발생 추이와 라인 속도·외경·원형도 추이를 같은 시간축에서 비교하며, 3D 검사기의 외경·원형도 기록으로 배치별 위치 추이와 단면 형상을 확인합니다.
중대 결함과 외경 이상이 발생하면 화면 알림과 경광등으로 즉시 통보하며, 확인 전까지 알람을 유지합니다. 사내 서버 설치형으로 폐쇄망 운영이 가능하고, 사용자 권한 관리와 PC·태블릿·모바일 반응형 화면을 지원합니다. Advance AI 외관검사기의 API와 연동되므로 기존 검사기를 교체하지 않고 그대로 사용합니다.
